Since Morfin died in Azkaban, there was no way his death could have been used to create a Horcrux. Bertha Jorkins' death was used to make Nagini one, (although Dumbledore states in the Half-Blood Prince that Frank Bryce's death made her a Horcrux, JK Rowling has confirmed in interviews that Dumbledore was mistaken, Nagini became a Horcrux before Bryce's murder) Voldemort turned the ring into one when he killed his father, and Moaning Myrtle's death was used for the diary.

A muggle beggar was used in turning Slytherin's locket into one, Hepzibah Smith's death turned Hufflepuff's Cup into one, and an Albanian peasant was murdered in order to transform Ravenclaw's Diadem into one.

Neville Chamberlain was the Prime Minister of Great Britain at the start of World War II. He is perhaps most famous for signing the Munich pact with Adolf Hitler, Benito Mussolini, and French Prime Minister Eduard Daladier, which effectively gave a portion of Czechoslovakia, the Sudetenland, to Hitler, without any input from the Czech government or its citizens.

He claimed this pact had brought "Peace in our time". Less than a year later, Nazi Germany invaded Poland, and Britain and France declared war. Rowling has said she likened his policy of appeasing Hitler in order to avoid war to Fudge's constant denials of Voldemort's return, much for the same reasons.

In the end, both were proven wrong, and both lost their jobs over it.

She now works in the Department of Magical Law Enforcement, where she has helped to better the lives of House Elves, as well as overturn centuries worth of oppressive anti-Muggleborn laws. Harry went on to train as an Auror, becoming head of the department. Ron initially joined Harry at the Ministry as an Auror and then went to work at Weasley's Wizard Wheezes with George.
