He is almost always referred to by his last name, Plankton. However, his wife almost always calls him by his first name, which makes sense considering she shares his last name.

Answer: Karen

Karen is Plankton's computer wife, whom he constructed mostly with the intent of gathering her insight on his various endeavors, most pertaining to his restaurant and dealings with Mr Krabs.

Answer: To steal the Krabby Patty formula

Plankton has concocted numerous plans with the end-goal being to acquire the Krabby Patty formula. Every single one of his plans has failed in the long haul. Only in "The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie" does Plankton's drastic efforts even bear minimal fruit. Ironically, in this movie, Plankton's goal experiences a rare change from stealing the formula (which he ironically briefly achieves) to enslaving and taking over the citizens of Bikini Bottom.

Answer: The Chum Bucket

Like Mr Krabs, Plankton is a restaurant owner who competes with Krabs for supremacy over Bikini Bottom, albeit without the slightest bit of serious success. The Chum Bucket is a barren wasteland of a restaurant that never gets any customers. It sits right across the street from the Krusty Krab.

Mr Krabs' half ended up manifesting into the Krabby Patty secret formula. With Plankton's half, the Chum Bucket was born. Unfortunately, chum is a really unpopular product in Bikini Bottom, given that its citizens are mainly fish.

Answer: Tank Driving

This is revealed in "Teacher's Pests" when Plankton is found driving a tank. He also drives a tank in the "Atlantis Squarepantis" video game. It is bizarre, to say the least, that a college would have the resources and desire to teach students how to drive a tank, especially one as small as Plankton.

"Plan Z... The letter after Y" Karen tells Plankton while rolling her eyes. Plankton digs up the plan and gushes as he reads the contents, even highlighting how the plan is "lemon-scented."

Answer: Stealing King Neptune's crown and framing Mr Krabs for doing it

This ends up being the central plot for the show, as Plankton is initially very successful in this endeavor. This causes Mr Krabs to be cryogenically sealed by Neptune's powers until SpongeBob and Patrick are able to successfully return with Neptune's crown. During this time, Plankton is able to easily steal the Krabby Patty formula, with SpongeBob being gone, Krabs being incapacitated and Squidward eventually ending up getting captured by Plankton's army of brainwashed fish.

Dennis reaches the tandem eventually, and would easily have succeeded were it not for a timely intervention by an even bigger monster: a human being wearing heavy metal diving equipment stepping on him. While this human being ends up capturing SpongeBob and Patrick with the intent of stuffing and selling them, this effort is also eventually unsuccessful.

In "Friend or Foe" it is revealed that Plankton and Mr Krabs were born on the same day as one another. Therefore, they are the same exact age.
