Bikini Bottom Banter - Squidward Tentacles Quiz

Squidward thinks very highly of his skill wielding a clarinet. Unfortunately, many of the denizens of Bikini Bottom tend to disagree. Plankton has been the most blunt and harsh about this, calling Squidward a "mediocre clarinet player" once. Fortunately, nobody else apart from maybe Squilliam Fancyson has ever been that mean.

Squidward often performs this duty without any sort of enthusiasm, and seems to genuinely hate working there. He is often found reading or even sleeping on the job. Still, he deliberately refuses looking for better, more fulfilling employment elsewhere.

Naturally, someone as snarky as Squidward isn't liked by everyone. However, his archnemesis is someone who is somehow even snarkier and more narcissistic than he is. Squilliam is basically Squidward, but a version of Squidward who actually was successful in the music industry.

He doesn't appear in too many episodes, but when he does, he and Squidward usually engage in a conflict that's generally the subject of that episode.

Otherwise known as his "tiki" house, Squidward's house is actually personified in some episodes, and even evicts Squidward on one occasion. Despite Squidward's meager earnings at the Krusty Krab, he has a fairly luxurious house.

Facing off against SpongeBob's snail Gary and Patrick's pet rock, Squidward's snail captures second place, losing narrowly to Patrick's pet rock. In spite of this, Patrick has the trophy engraved in Squidward's name. Unfortunately, the distributors of the award manage to spell his last name incorrectly, which greatly upsets him.

Squidward moves right out of one tiki house and into another at Tentacle Acres. Here, he engages in his "ideal lifestyle" for seven consecutive days, before getting bored and returning to Bikini Bottom.

Answer: Report Plankton's deeds to King Neptune

Squidward is somehow able to learn that Plankton forged the letter to Neptune saying that Mr Krabs stole and sold his Crown. Squidward threatens to report him to King Neptune if Plankton doesn't come clean himself. Plankton responds by unleashing his army of brainwashed fish on Squidward, which quickly overwhelms and captures him. No good deed goes unpunished, I suppose.

In the episode "Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy V", it is implied that Squidward had previously had a love interest when he mentions having had "good times" at Makeout Cove, an area in Bikini Bottom designed for couples to get together and share intimacy.

However, in "Love That Squid" Squidward actually formally gets a love interest in Squilvia, and the two enjoy a couple of nice dates in this episode. Unfortunately, their relationship is cut off at the end of the episode, but it was a good run.

Squilliam reveals this to his group of friends right as he is bragging to Squidward about how great his life is, while watching Squidward work an entry level job at the Krusty Krab. This ignites Squidward to get to work building the Krusty Krab into a fancy restaurant, just to show Squilliam up.

Answer: Dresses up as Santa to cheer SpongeBob up

Squidward really goes all-out to cheer SpongeBob up. He dresses up in a big red suit, finds a massive white beard, and even handpicks gifts to distribute to the many fish of Bikini Bottom. This episode proved that Squidward indeed has a heart, and isn't against cheering up even his most annoying neighbor.
