There are many Dementors around, so she has her Patronus, a silvery, long-haired cat, next to her.

We see Kingsley's Patronus during Bill and Fleur's wedding reception, but we never actually see Kingsley himself cast it. The Patronus carried a message for all those at the wedding. Kingsley (his voice through the Patronus) said, "The Ministry has fallen. Scrimgeour is dead. They are coming." After the warning message, everything turned to chaos. What a great wedding gift... right?!?
