One of my favorite songs to sing at church when I was a little girl. When some people smile they show their teeth, while others just grin really big with no teeth showing! So 'put on a happy face" and lets keep playing this quiz!

Answer: Sad

If you have a doll or a truck and you know for a fact that it's in your room and you can't find it, don't be sad or angry. Keep looking, it'll be under a blanket or in the corner of the toy box. So put away that sad face and lets find it. A sad face is just a happy face upside down!

Answer: Angry

You're never going to like every vegetable in the world, but in order to get big, strong and stay healthy, you need to eat some vegetables. Do yourself a favor and try all the vegetables one time, then tell your mom the ones you like. It'll take away your angry face and make it a happy one!

If you can't decide which one is the answer or which one is the one to wear, you usually shrug your shoulders up and tilt your eyebrows and have a 'question' face. One way to decide is to wear one outfit today and the second outfit tomorrow. Takes away a questioning face and put on a happy face for both today and tomorrow.

We had so much fun making silly faces and looking at the monkeys in the cages. We also visited the snake area and 'hissed' at them. We saw the elephants and made big long trunks with our arms. We made silly faces all day and had so much fun! Try this the next time you go to the zoo.

You could really have a lot of different faces. You may be 'sad' that you can't go back to bed. You may be 'angry' at your alarm clock. You could be 'startled or surprised' by the alarm waking you up in the middle of a great dream! A surprised face is when your eyes get really big and your mouth might be wide open! Something or someone did something to scare you, would also be a surprise. Sometimes our dreams seem so real. You just want to curl back up and go back into dreamland.

Answer: Emotionless

Sometimes you don't want to ask someone to explain the joke, because then you would feel 'silly' for not getting it. So you stand there with no emotion at all. Blank stare, relaxed feeling.

I think I will give you a silly joke now. Why did the chicken cross the road? To get to the other side. Now that was probably giving you an 'emotionless" face right now!

Answer: Tired

When I do the same thing all day without taking a break, like working on a jigsaw puzzle or watching tv or even reading a book, I get tired too. A tired look is when you can hardly keep your eyes open. They get so heavy and start closing a little too much until they finally close for good and you're sound asleep.

Answer: Jealousy

When you're jealous of someone or something you have the look of anger. You get mad because you want what they have. You have a couple of choices if you are jealous. One is to buy the item that the person has. The other would be to just be happy for that person and let it go. If you always want what your neighbor has you are said to be "keeping up with the Jones's!" Be yourself!

Answer: Shyness

I get really shy around guys. I can't talk properly and my words are messed up and stuttered. I can't eat in front of a boy. I just spill and look like a silly dork. I guess it's those "shy" years. Hopefully this will pass and I can actually look at a boy soon.
