'Pokemon Emergency!' - 'Pokemon: Indigo League' Quiz

Pikachu was hurt in a battle which occurred in the previous episode. At Viridian City some people have been stealing Pokemon and so she gives an announcement to the people of the city. She then sees Ash running with Pikachu in his arms and so she stops him, thinking he was stealing the Pikachu. Her explains to her who he is and she checks his identity using his Pokédex.

Team Rocket are the thieves menacing the city. They see a wanted poster of themselves while riding in a Meowth shaped hot air balloon. Team Rocket consists of Jessie, James and their Meowth.

Officer Jenny drives Ash and Pikachu to the Pokemon Centre at Viridian City. There Nurse Joy receives them and gives treatment to Pikachu. Nurse Joy tells Ash to be more responsible with his Pokemon. Ash then calls his mom and tells her where he is.

Professor Oak tells Ash that he had doubts that Ash could handle Pikachu and he also tells him that Gary told him that Ash does not have what it takes to become a Pokemon master. Koffing and Ekans are the two Pokemon that Team Rocket usually use in battles. They break into the centre and threaten to steal all the precious Pokemon in the hospital. They ask their Pokemon to attack and then cut of the electricity.

A bunch of Pikachus are used to generate electricity. The pokeballs transfer program is initiated to protect them from being stolen. Team Rocket close in on the group and in an attempt to stop them, Ash and group throw all the pokeballs. Some of them were empty and then a Rattata comes out of one. Ekans scares it and then Misty steps up, saying she would take care of Team Rocket.

Misty asks Ash to get Pikachu out of there while she battles Team Rocket. She throws her first pokeball and Goldeen comes out. It flaps on the dry floor unable to fight. Misty calls it back and asks Ash to make a run for it with Pikachu. Ash crashes the stretcher and falls. The group of Pikachus then assemble and shock Jessie, James, Ekans and Koffing.

Ash gets on the bicycle and pedals at a rapid pace to generate more electricity. Pikachu then shocks the life out of Team Rocket and sends them blasting off into the sky.

We see the Pokemon Centre is completely destroyed but Joy talks to the nurse in Pewter city confirming if their pokeballs are safe. She also tells her that Ash and the group are heading towards Pewter City, through the Viridian Forest.

Misty hates bugs and so when she sees Caterpie, she lets out a screech and tells Ash to get rid of it. Ash is excited to see the Pokemon and tries to catch it.
