Jason and Percy switch camps. At first, everybody at Camp Half-Blood thinks he is a son of Zeus when he is really a son of Jupiter. Chiron knows that Jason doesn't belong there. When he first meets Jason he said, "You should be dead".

Gaea has opened The Doors of Death. She is letting in some of the ugliest, meanest, evilest monsters that are more likely to hate the gods, like Medea and Midas. Medea was an evil witch. Her aunt was Circe. Hera convinced Aphrodite and Eros to bewitch Medea into falling in love with the Argonaut Jason. Midas, however, was rewarded by the wine god Dionysus because he treated the satyr Silenus. Dionysus found him missing.

The satyr had gotten drunk so Phrygian peasants brought him to Midas and he treated Silenus.

Then Dionysus rewarded him by granting his wish. His wish was to have everything he touched be turned into gold.

Answer: "Not to Camp Half-Blood, no".

They found out that Jason went to a Roman camp in San Francisco, which is the one that Percy is at now. Chiron mentions an oath between Camp Half-Blood and the Roman camp, which is why Jason has a feeling that he is not supposed to be at Camp Half-Blood. Chiron also says that Jason should be dead, because his mom thought Hera claimed him and killed him.

Answer: Jason and Piper

Piper tries to charmspeak the leader of the cyclops, Ma Gasket. Ma Gasket knows this but her sons do not. Jason was knocked out the entire time and Leo comes and saves them.

Answer: Leo's fire powers and Gaea

Part of it was Leo's fault as well as Gaea's. He locked her in a room and used his fire abilities to set the room she was locked in on fire. He promised he would never do it again.

Jason, Piper, and Leo all try to guess what M means because there is a big, fancy M on an elevator door that they go down in. Piper and Jason thinks it may be Macy's. Macy's probably wouldn't look like Medea's department store. But still, it would be awesome, wouldn't it?

Answer: "What is that style? You don't fight like a Greek".

Jason's answer is that it is legion training, even though he has no idea how he knows that. It also means that it is Roman. Lit doesn't know what the word Roman is because he and Midas have been dead for thousands and thousands of years so they have no idea that Rome took over Greece.

Piper gets hypothermia because she was turned into gold by King Midas. Leo also gets turned into gold but he says he came out of it faster. They had to dunk Piper in the river to get her back completely.

At the end of "The Last Olympian", the Great Prophecy is given by the new Oracle, Miss Rachel Dare. The first two lines are, "Seven half bloods shall answer the call, to storm or to fire, the world must fall".
