Frankie is played by Paulie Litt. Although he is called Frankie in the episode, for some reason, the credits refer to him as "Joey".

Answer: By turning Max into a dog

They use the spell "Animosa Espinosa" to turn Max into a dog, so the security guards will allow them to get into the dog show to rescue Dragon. They later use the spell "Huminosa Espinosa" to restore him as a human. Later in the episode, to find Dragon, Alex decides to disguise herself as a cat so all the dogs will chase her, besides Dragon (because he is actually a dragon).

Unfortunately, she doesn't get the spell quite right, as she morphs into a tiger instead, sending everyone screaming from the room.

Answer: He is in love with her

The spell "Murieta Animata" first appears in "Pop Me and We Both Go Down" and it is revealed to animate any object. In that episode, Alex accidentally animates Justin's zit with the spell. The un-animation spell she later uses to "de-animate" the zit is revealed to be "Garrybay Immobilitay". In "Alex's Spring Fling" we learn that "Garrybay Immobilitay" cannot undo "Murieta Animata" if the object animated has developed emotions.

In this particular episode, "Manny" (the mannequin) has fallen in love with Alex, so she cannot "de-animate" him.

However, after Alex gets back together with Riley at the end of the episode, they return "Manny" to a mannequin by dunking him/it in a dunk tank at a carnival. Alex explains that he was a magician so the people at the carnival won't suspect they are wizards.

Answer: At the Pop-Con convention

Up until the episode "Harper Knows" (sometimes called "A Wizard Outing"), Harper Finkle, Alex's best friend, does not know the Russos are wizards, forcing Alex to hide her secret through various means. However, in this episode, the Russo family attends a convention called "Pop-Con" on an assignment to seek out rogue wizards.

It is Harper's birthday, and Alex covers up a goblin at the event by telling Harper he is "Jeremy from science". However, later in the episode, Harper accuses Alex of always lying to her, and ruining her birthday.

Although Justin cautions her against it, Alex eventually caves and reveals she is a wizard, by use of a "Battle Diva" costume and taking Harper into space. At the end of the episode, Alex even shows Harper the magical lair in their freezer.

Answer: The Devil Wears Prada

This is the episode where Alex agrees to intern for a fashion magazine, although Jeffrey, her greedy boss, is taking credit for all her ideas. When the magazine editor, Ms. Angela, is coming to visit, Alex decides to plan a fashion show using Harper's distasteful fashion sense, to teach Jeffrey a lesson.

This main plot is based on "The Devil Wears Prada" with Alex as Andrea Sachs and Ms. Angela as Miranda Priestly (even the same haircut). In a subplot, Justin tries to impress a new girl hired to work at the Sub Station.

It seems to be working, although at the end, he is disappointed to discover she only wants him to babysit for her cousin, rather than go out with her. He also discovers she has a boyfriend.

Answer: She explains she is in a Marriage and Family class

In this episode, Jerry and Theresa get into an argument on their anniversary. Alex decides to remedy the situation by ordering up Cupid, in the form of a baby with only one arrow. Since Theresa is not a wizard, Alex pretends Cupid is her life-like baby doll from a Marriage and Family class, although she is denied access when she attempts to get into the class at school. Chaos ensues when the arrow intended for Alex's parents accidentally hits Justin, just as he is confessing to Harper that he does not feel the same way about her.

Instead, he falls in love with her after he is hit by the arrow. At the end of the episode, the spell wears off, and Harper is once again in love with the Justin she can't have, and the parents reconcile.

Answer: Sea chimps

In this episode, Jerry Russo's brother Kelbo (the kids' uncle who is a wizard) comes to visit. He shows the kids his style of wizard training: he prefers to learn by doing. Alex agrees to learn with him instead, while Justin and Max stay with Jerry.

He shows her many cool spells, such as "Cranium Revolvus", which spins everyone's heads so they can see all around. Unfortunately, he still proves unable to teach Alex, and she agrees to return to learning with Jerry at the end. At one point, they even become sea chimps (actually everyone Kelbo knows can say they were a sea chimp for a little while). This episode also reveals that Jerry actually won the family wizard competition to see who keeps their powers into adulthood.

However, Jerry sacrificed his powers to marry Theresa, who is not a wizard.

Answer: A dog

Justin agrees to meet a girl, Isabella, whom he met on a wizard networking website called WizFace (probably a parody of popular social networking websites Facebook and MySpace), who shares many common interests with him. However, it is later revealed that she is actually a werewolf, and she eventually kisses Justin, turning him into a werewolf as well. Alex had initially thought she was a dog.
Justin actually met a centaur once before, and she appears again at the end of the episode. He later meets a girl who is a vampire in the "Wizards vs. Vampires" saga.

Answer: Heather Nakitomi

This is the episode where Justin is working as a mentor for his favorite weatherman, Baxter Knight. To help Baxter keep his job, Justin uses magic to make his weather predictions all come true. Unfortunately, this lands him in hot water with Mother Nature, who teaches Justin a thing or two. At the end of the episode, Baxter is indeed fired, which upsets Justin.

His mood is however lifted when the channel has announced they have hired a new weather lady named Heather Nakitomi (you have to really pay attention to get this one), presumably because she is hot, although you don't actually see her.

Answer: He poses as a doctor

Justin wins an essay contest, in which the prize is a cruise on the luxurious S.S. Tipton (from "The Suite Life on Deck"). He elects to bring his entire family along (yes, even Alex, who was not allowed to go until she agreed to take classes on board). Justin is mainly excited to meet heiress London Tipton, even posing as a paleontologist named "Dr. Fossil" to get a date with her.

However, London (who also later meets Justin as himself) is so dimwitted she doesn't realize Justin and "Dr. Fossil" are the same person.
