Answer: Rabindranath Tagore

He won the Nobel Prize for Literature for his book 'Geetanjali', or 'Song Offerings'. He lived from 1861-1941. Venkatraman and C.V. Raman won it for Chemistry and Physics respectively, whilst Amartya won it for Economics.
