Answer: Richard of York

Richard of York was the Third Duke of York and was also known as Richard Plantagenet. Although he didn't become a king himself, he was the grandson of a king and his two sons became kings too. The mnemonic "Richard of York Gave Battle in Vain" is used to remember the seven colours of the rainbow in order of appearance.
2. Nobel Prize winner who coined the term "Rainbow Nation" to describe South Africa.

Answer: Desmond Tutu

South Africa was at one time a nation deeply divided by the practice of apartheid, which discriminated against non-white races. This discrimination was sanctioned by the state and pervaded all walks of life until the early 1990s. In 1994, the country had what is widely considered its first democratic election with Nelson Mandela being elected to the post of the president.

At the time, the Rev. Desmond Tutu coined the term "Rainbow Nation" to describe a new social order based on multiculturalism.
