The Atkin's Diet has been around since the 1970s, but has gained popularity in recent years due to a large number of Americans being obese. It is a high protein diet where you are supposed to eat mainly just meat, vegetables, and other foods that are low in carbohydrates and sugar. You can however eat twenty grams of carbohydrates safely per day, opposed to the recommended one hundred grams per day.
3. Literature: What is "Rabbit's" real name in a series of four books by John Updike?

Answer: Harry Angstrom

The four books featuring "Rabbit" are "Rabbit Run", "Rabbit Redux", "Rabbit is Rich", and "Rabbit at Rest". Updike won the Pulitzer Prize in fiction for "Rabbit is Rich" and "Rabbit at Rest".
