Hall was Commissioner for Works at the time the bell was cast in 1858.
3. American Walter Burley Griffin designed which major Australian city?

Answer: Canberra

Burley Griffin came to Australia in 1912. He had previously studied
under Frank Lloyd Wright in Chicago. He resigned from the Canberra
project in 1920.

Smith was from Philadelphia. The couple married in December 1928,
