Answer: Boston

Babe Ruth, aka "the Bambino", pitched for the powerhouse Boston Red Sox until he was sold to the New York Yankees in 1920 for $125,000.
2. Poet Carl Sandburg called this city "hog butcher to the world". Can you name it?

Answer: Chicago

Sandberg also referred to Chicago as "the city of broad shoulders" but you can call it Chi-town, the Windy City, Second City or simply, "that toddlin' town".
3. Your copy of "Howl" is in at The City Lights Bookstore. What city are you in?

Answer: San Francisco

Long associated with the Beat Poets, you might find a copy of Allen Ginsberg's "Howl" (published 1956) on the shelf at City Lights.

It was unthinkable that a young woman could kill her father and step-mother in such a fashion and the debate over Lizzie's guilt continues today.

Answer: Empire State Building

Ulysses Simpson Grant is buried in New York City so the only answer that works (using conventional means of transportation) is the Empire State Building.
10. In what city hall would you find the deed to the birthplace of Frank Sinatra?

Answer: Hoboken, NJ

Sinatra was born in Hoboken. His boyhood home was put on the market but failed to sell because the price was too high.
