Answer: Sofia

Sofia (Sofiya) is the capital of Bulgaria. Montana is a province in the northwest corner of that country!

Tirana is the capital of the mountainous country of Albania, slightly larger than the state of Maryland. The people are 70% Muslim, 20% Albanian Orthodox.
