Of the eight participants of the gunfight, three were killed (Tom and Frank McLaury and Billy Clanton) and three were wounded (Doc Holliday and Virgil and Morgan Earp. Wyatt Earp and Ike Clanton walked away from the fight without a scratch.

April 3, 1882. Although Bob Ford claimed that he acted in self defense and that Jesse knew he was there to betray him, a jury of St. Joseph citizens found him guilty and he was sentenced to death. Two hours after the sentencing he was pardoned by the governor.
