This cake is great to make! You need to separate the eggs and then continue to make the rest by adding everything but the egg whites, beating together. After mixing all the other ingredients, add the egg whites to lighten the recipe. Of course add icing to make it that much more special. Lots of work...but worth it for a gathering!
