American grits are usually made from yellow corn. The mielie-meal of Botswana is made usually made from white maize and, as mentioned, bogobe is made from sorghum (grain). Korea is known for diverse and, certainly, interesting cuisine. Breakfast foods are no exception. Koreans, much like Chinese and Japanese people, used to begin their day with a table full of different types of meat, rice, soups, vegetables and a few fried dishes. Bulgogi which is a dish made of sliced sirloin (beef) with mushrooms and scallions has been, traditionally, served for breakfast in Korea.
