Although, substantial and tasty (even to unacquainted palates), most traditional foods of Ecuador are (maybe, surprisingly!) NOT spicy. It is not uncommon, though, to find "aji" or chili sauce on the table with each meal.

Korea is known for diverse and, certainly, interesting cuisine. Breakfast foods are no exception. Koreans, much like Chinese and Japanese people, used to begin their day with a table full of different types of meat, rice, soups, vegetables and a few fried dishes. Bulgogi which is a dish made of sliced sirloin (beef) with mushrooms and scallions has been, traditionally, served for breakfast in Korea.

But due to the lack of time to prepare all that food, more and more Koreans have been taking on the Western habit of having a quick meal comprising milk, coffee and bread.

Switzerland is a country with many, many traditional foods and ways of preparing foods. For example, the rolled oat (cereal) called Muesli has replaced the heartier R�sti at many Swiss breakfast tables.
