Snickers is another word for laughter and I do bring a smile to many people's faces. When I was created, my creators the Mars family, named me after their family favorite horse, Snickers. The original version of me has milk chocolate, caramel, and peanuts.

There are many other version of me that are made from dark chocolate, ice cream, almonds, and peanut butter. I was called the "Marathon" bar for many years in the United Kingdom and in Ireland.

I was created by and named after a candy factory worker. H. B Reese used to be a dairy farmer but became a worker at a chocolate factory. He created me in his home basement and eventually started his own candy factory with me. I have a peanut butter filled center and am dipped in milk chocolate. My edges are usually ridged.

I am called an M&M because my creators both had last names that started with "M". One of my creators saw soldiers eating hard covered chocolate candies in a war and was inspired to make me. My colorful shell is usually filled with milk chocolate, but I have been filled with peanut butter, pretzel, mint, white chocolate, dark chocolate, almonds, cake, and cherries on different occasions.

I was created in the windy city of Chicago, Illinois. I have a flaky, crisp, layered center that is peanut butter flavored, dipped in chocolate. A public contest was held to decide my name. Afterwards, I was dropped out of airplanes all over many cities of the United States for people to be introduced to me.

Although I have name similar to Babe Ruth, a famous baseball player, I was actually named for the daughter of a United States President. I was named after Ruth Cleveland, the daughter of the 22nd and 24th President of the United States. I am made of made of peanuts, caramel and chocolate-flavored center covered in chocolate.

I am one of the oldest candy bars in United States history and am nicknamed the "Great American Chocolate Bar". I was created in 1900 and I was the first mass produced chocolate bar in the United States. I was originally solid milk chocolate, but come in dark chocolate and many other varieties such as cookies and cream.

I am named after the sound I make when most people bite into me. I have crispy rice balls mixed in with solid milk chocolate. I usually come in a red, white, and blue wrapper.

I have the same name as the galaxy our world is a part of (Milky Way Galaxy), but I was actually named after a popular milkshake during the year I was created (1923). I have a chocolate-malt center topped with caramel and covered with milk chocolate.

Originally my candy wrapper contained three parts of chocolate, strawberry and vanilla. Because of the three different flavors, I was named after a band of heroes that were in the classic novel "The Three Musketeers" (by Alexander Dumas). However it is just whipped chocolate these days.

When World War II began, they had to stop making my other two flavors because it was so expensive. People still liked me though, so the chocolate still was a success!

It was a little hard to name me because I am a mixture of many things. I am made up of peanut-flavored crisp that has peanut butter flavoring, with a layer of caramel and a layer of chocolate coating. Now that's a mouth full!
