Answer: Bread

Kissra is a bread dish that is made from the wheat durra or corn. Kissra is often paired with stews which are also a mainstay in Sudan.

Anafres is a refried beans and cheese fondue dish. Anafres is heated in a clay pot using coals and is served with tortilla chips. Peppers and chorizo can also be added to enhance the taste.

Berbere is a spice combination that is used for stews called wats. Berbere is a combination of chili peppers, cloves, ginger, coriander, and allspice.

Answer: In local's personal gardens

Most of Vanuatuan food is fruits, vegetables, and roots, which are grown in individual gardens. Some of the foods grown in the country are pineapples, mangoes, papayas, sweet potatoes, and plantains.
10. We now travel to another country of Oceania, East Timor or Timor-Leste. Unfortunately, this 10-day trip is going to end on a sad note. Due to a large population living below the poverty line, akar is a food eaten on East Timor. What exactly is akar?

Answer: Tree bark

The tree bark is prepared into a powder, and then turned into a paste. The akar isn't very nutritious, but is mostly used just to keep surviving.
