Answer: Eurydice

When Orpheus' wife, Eurydice, died as a result of a snake bite, Orpheus used his musical talent to charm Hades and Persephone into giving him back Eurydice.
2. What is the name of Jason's (of the Golden Fleece) ship?

Answer: the Argo

Jason led a group of heroes to obtain the Golden Fleece and finally take his kingdom back from his usurping uncle.
3. Who was Dionysus' mother?

Answer: Semele

Dionysus was the god of wine, parties, and festivities. According to legend, Dionysus introduced wine to humans and wanders the world with a group of followers called maenads: wild women who indulge in wine and dress in animal skins.
4. Who was Cronus' wife, and mother of Zeus, Hestia, Hera, Hades, Poseidon and Demeter?

Answer: Rhea

When Achilles was a baby, his mother dipped him in the River Styx, making him invulnerable. His only weakness was where his mother held onto him, his heel. Prince Paris of Troy killed the hero with an arrow to the heel.

The Three Graces were daughters of Zeus and Eurynome. They were present in festivals and other celebrations and are rarely pictured as individuals but as a trinity of beauty and grace.

Answer: Allecto, Tisiphone, and Megaera

The Furies were the goddesses of vengeance, each the personification of revenge; Allecto ("unceasing in Anger"), Tisiphone ("Avenger of Murder"), and Megaera ("Jealous"). Being spirits of the Underworld, they ascended to the earth to pursue and punish wrongdoers.
