A Reidinger has been Earth Prime since the founding of FT&T. Peter Reidinger is ecstatic to 'find' Jeff to hand over the reins to. Primes are rare and one who can handle the 'top job' is rarer still.

The Mrdini 'send' dreams to the Humans. It takes humans a while to realise what is happening and 'answer' the Mrdini.
Once an alliance is established the Humans and Mrdini are able to learn each others' languages and communicate better, although it is a slow process.

The Queen is held at Heinlein Base on Earth's moon.
It is Zara Lyon who works out empathically that she is slowly dying of hypothermia in time to save her life.

Mrdini reproduction is sacred and highly secretive. It is controlled by the Keepers in the Hibernatory and is very mysterious.
As the need for suicide missions to destroy Hivers is removed they have a serious overpopulation problem and this leads to them asking humans for help to develop some form of contraception.
Zara and Elizara lead the scientific team and are able to develop a method by which conception can be controlled.
