1. What is King Arthur's sword called?

Answer: Excalibur

King Arthur gained this sword and the rightful hand to control Britain when he pulled the sword from a stone or in some cases, it was given to him by the Lady of the Lake. Some sources say he was looking for a sword for his foster-brother Sir Kay because Sir Kay had forgotten his and some say he just decided to pull it from the stone.
2. Who is Arthur's sister?

Answer: Morgan le Fay

Arthur's evil sister is Morgan le Fay. His wife is Queen Guinevere who has an affair with Sir Lancelot.
3. When the Round Table split up, whose side did Sir Bors go to?

Answer: Sir Lancelot

Sir Bors was is related to Lancelot and he was wounded by Sir Gawain when Sir Gawain wanted vengeance against Lancelot for killing Sir Agravaine, Sir Gareth, Sir Gaheris, and his sons Sir Florence and Sir Lovel.
4. When Sir Lancelot is caught up in the tower with the Queen, whom does he kill and steal the armour of?

Answer: Sir Colgruvaunce

Thirteen of the Round Table knights march up to the tower to catch Sir Lancelot. Sir Colgruvaunce comes in first and is killed by Lancelot who puts on his armour and kills the other 11 knights, but not Mordred. Sir Patrise dies when he eats a poisoned apple and Sir Agravaine was killed in the tower but Lancelot never took his armour.
5. Whose steed is Kincaled?

Answer: Sir Galahad

Sir Galahad is the proud owner of Kincaled. Sir Nestor is a knight who gets killed by his son.
6. What do many knights quest for but is ultimately taken by Sir Galahad, Sir Bors and Sir Perceval?

Answer: Holy Grail

Sir Galahad, Sir Bors and Sir Perceval all achieve the Holy Grail whilst the others, including Sir Lancelot, fail. Sir Bors is the brother of Sir Lionel and is one of the finest knights among the Round Table.
7. What does Sir Bedivere do at the end of the book?

Answer: Throws away Excalibur into a lake

Sir Bedivere and Sir Lucan are brothers; most sources say that Sir Lucan, Sir Bedivere and King Arthur are the only survivors of the war and the same sources say Sir Lucan dies soon after from his wounds. Sir Bedivere reluctantly throws Excalibur into a lake and helps King Arthur to a boat. He enters a hermitage but that is not in the end of the book, or mentioned in the book anyway.
8. Who kills Sir William?

Answer: Himself

When Sir William and Lord Stephen had their argument, Sir WIlliam took out his knife but ended up falling on it and killing himself. This meant Arthur had to go back home with Sir William.
9. What is Arthur's warhorse named?

Answer: Bonamy

Shortneck is Serle's horse, Stupendous is Lord Stephen's horse and Pip is Arthur's horse back home. Bonamy is his chestnut war horse,
10. Who is Arthur's mother (the book Arthur, not Arthur-in-the-stone)

Answer: Mair

Lady Alice is Arthur's stepmom, Simona is the daughter of Silvano and Tanwen is Serle's son, Kester's, mom. Arthur finally gets to meet Mair at the end of the book.
