1. Which story is the character Curtis Anderson from?

Answer: The Green Mile

Curtis Anderson is the second in command at Cold Mountain Prison in Stephen King's serial novel, "The Green Mile". He only appears at a few executions throughout the book and for the film, the part was cut altogether.
2. Which story is the character Brent Norton from?

Answer: The Mist

Brent Norton is the annoying neighbour in the Stephen King short story, "The Mist". This short story is about a strange mist that traps a group of townspeople in the local supermarket. In the story, Brent Norton refuses to believe that there are any monsters in the mist but when he goes outside he is soon killed. He is a much more sympathetic character in the film version.
3. Which story is the character Vic Donatti from?

Answer: Quitters, Inc.

Vic Donatti is a worker at Quitters, Inc. in the short story of the same name. In the story he deals with the main character Morrison and reveals that if Morrison goes over a specified weight, than the company will take one of his wife's fingers.

Patrick Hockstetter is a mentally insane child who lives in Derry. He was introduced in Stephen King's novel, "IT", and through an inner monologue, we learned that he believes he cannot die because he is the only real human being on earth, and if he died then so would everyone else. He learns his mistake when he is killed by Pennywise.

Answer: Suffer the Little Children

Miss Sidley is a teacher who discovers that her class of children have been taken over by a strange alien race. The short story, "Suffer the Little Children", appeared in the "Nightmares and Dreamscapes" collection and is one of my favourite Stephen King short stories.

Burt Robeson appears in the Stephen King short story, "Children of the Corn". In the story, he and his wife are travelling through Nebraska when they are surrounded by some psychopathic children and sacrificed to the God of the corn. This story was later adapted into a popular film of the same name.

Answer: Donald Merwin Elbert

Donald Elbert is best known as Trashcan Man in Stephen King's cult novel, "The Stand". He was a pyromaniac who joined Randall Flagg's team in Nevada, but ruined it all when he caused an atomic bomb to go off, killing everyone in the state.

Answer: Three

Ace Merrill has appeared in three Stephen King stories. He appeared as the bad guy in "Needful Things", who joined forces with the sinister monster, Leland Gaunt. He also made appearances in "The Body" and "Nona".
Even though he is referenced in "The Sun Dog", I did not include it here as he does not have a speaking part.

Sue Snell is one of the bullying girls from King's first novel, "Carrie". She is in some ways, the hero of the book as she tries to help Carrie out but her plans lead to half of her classmates being brutally slaughtered.

Mr. Olin is the manager of the Dolphin Hotel in the Stephen King short story, "1408". He tries to warn the main character of the story, Mike Enslin, away from staying in the haunted room. In the movie adaptation he is portrayed by Samuel L. Jackson.

Answer: False

Pennywise has been seen in more than one Stephen King book. He was also seen in "The Tommyknockers". One of the characters visited the town of Derry during the story and witnessed a clown in a drain. However he believed this was because he was delirious and nothing else. Pennywise has also been referenced in a number of other books including brief references in "The Dark Tower" and "Insomnia".

Steve Kemp was the former lover of Donna Trenton in "Cujo", who felt bitter towards her when she broke things off with him.
