It's the first question, so I wouldn't want to trick you. Bec's first narration was the third book, Grubbs is the first narrator in the Saga, Larten not in this saga (he's in the Saga of Darren Shan and the Saga of Larten Crepsley), and Kevin Rudolf is an actually person, not a Darren Shan character.

The Kah-Gash was split into three parts: the Eye, the Memory, and the Trigger. Each part found a host inside one of the three main character, except for the Memory, which was given to Bec by Lord Loss.

A transformation he underwent: He transformed, but only once, because he died in in his demon form.
A mouth of several heads: His mouth can literally fit three human heads.
A mouth of caves: His teeth are like stalactites and stalagmites.
With teeth that shreds: That's literal.
A large tale: a play on words. He has a 15-foot-long tail. Get it?
You'd wish would miss: His tail is full of spikes and mouths. Would YOU want it to hit you?

Answer: Grubitsch Grady, Bec MacGrigor, Cornelius Fleck

Though most people call him Grubbs, his full name is Grubitsch. Grubbs, himself said he didn't like the name. Kernel was named Cornelius, but couldn't pronounce his own name as a child, so eventually he was known as Kernel. At one point, he and Beranabus forgot his original name. Bec has always been Bec, since Banba named her (it means "little one"). Though she was in the MacConn clan, her parents were MacGrigors.

Answer: The Cretin

The Cretin was a harmless blue demon that was questioned by Beranabus on his search for "the Shadow". Since it's a demon, in wasn't destroyed with the universe. Though Liam, one of Davida Haym's directors may have been recreated along with the new universe, they were all destroyed at one point. Dervish and Bill-E died before the end of the universe.

Answer: She had a vision of Grubbs destroying the world and thought of that as an advantage.

Nadia had the ability to see into the future and she foretold the destruction of the universe. She decided that since their plan was to get rid of the "human universe" anyways, Grubbs could do it.

Although Cal, Grubbs's father and Dervish's brother, died in the first book of the series, Fiachna died in "Bec", which was the first book chronologically. Dervish was the last to die of those four.

In "The Saga of Darren Shan" the character is supposedly the author, but from another timeline. He kept a diary and towards the end of his life (well, after his death), he asked Desmond Tiny to send him to another timeline so he can scare his other self away from the balcony, so he wouldn't be a victim of destiny.

He then gives his diary to Mr. Tall, to give to the other Darren (presumably the Darren we know and love) as he gets older. Nothing like that happened to Grubbs, Kernel, or Bec.

Though I haven't finished "The Saga of Larten Crepsley", I know Mr. Crepsley doesn't die until later on in "The Saga of Darren Shan". Lord Loss managed to survive throughout the entire series, so of course he's still alive after "Lord Loss" (the first book). Darren died in the last book of "The Saga of Darren Shan".
