I don't know about the Copper Isles, but Indonesia is the largest archipelago on Earth.
2. Which noble family shares part of their name with a famous Indonesian tourist destination?

Answer: Balitang

Bali is the tourist capital of Indonesia and is one of the country's approximate 17,670 islands.
3. One of the Copper Isles' islands is named 'Ikang'. This comes from the Indonesia 'ikan', meaning:

Answer: fish

The Indonesian words for 'water', 'island' and 'chicken' are 'air', 'pulau' and 'ayam' respectively.
4. What kind of leaf do the people of Indonesia and the Copper Isles both use in their cooking?

Answer: banana

While on the road between Dimari and Tanair in 'Trickster's Chioce' the Balitangs and their servants and guards eat 'a cold lunch of bread, dates, and sticky rice dumplings stuffed with beef and steamed in banana leaves'.

9. Name the article of clothing traditional to both Indonesians and Islanders.

Answer: sarongs

Sarongs are traditional clothing in many south-east Asian countries.
10. The 'kudarung' are the winged messengers of the Isles. 'Kuda' is an Indonesia word meaning what?

Answer: horse

The kudarung, of course, are flying horses. The Indonesian words for 'wing', 'message' and 'fly' are 'sayap', 'pesan' and 'terbang' respectively.
