In "Zombie Fallout", Mike, his wife Tracy, his daughter Nicole, and their son Travis must go to Wal-Mart at the start of the Zombie Apocalypse to rescue Mike's other son, Justin - an employee of Wal-Mart. This is where the Talbot family meets another major character of the series, Tommy. Which of these characteristics can NOT be used used to describe Tommy in this book?

Answer: Short-tempered

In the first "Zombie Fallout" book, Tommy is described as a short and pudgy kid with unbelievable strength. He is very loving and compassionate, but is quite slow and does not seem to quite understand the world around him. He also receives warnings and direction from a mysterious voice inside his head. Justin, Tommy, and a few other Wal-Mart employees barricaded themselves on the roof of the Wal-Mart, zombies having invaded the store and store parking lot. Mike devises a plan to get them down using a ladder, but the ladder is too short to reach the full height of the roof. Tommy, who is overweight, surprisingly was able to jump to the ladder and catch himself easily. Justin also jumped, but had tremendous difficulty and, unfortunately, the others on the roof perished. Later, Tommy assists the family by carrying supplies and the family dog, far out-carrying the rest of the family.

Hilariously, Tommy reveals to Mike Talbot and the family that the voice in his head sounds like Ryan Seacrest. The voice of Ryan is who instructed Tommy to take Justin to the roof of the Wal-Mart. The voice also shows Tommy where a bow and arrow set is located that Tommy uses to save Mike Talbot in "Zombie Fallout".

4. In "Zombie Fallout" another major character in the Talbot-verse is introduced. B.T., or 'Big Tiny', was one of the largest men Mike Talbot had ever seen and became one of his biggest friends [no pun intended]. What is B.T.'s real name?

Answer: Lawrence Tynes

In "Zombie Fallout" the character is simply introduced as Tynes, but we discover his first name- which is then used throughout the series intermittently - as in the third book of the series, "Zombie Fallout: The End"; throughout the first two books, and mostly through the series, he is just referred to as B.T. Very unusual that such a major character in the series doesn't have his full name introduced until the third book of the series. B.T. is the closest friend to Mike Talbot throughout the series and goes through lots of adventures with him.

5. What is the name of the community where Mike Talbot first resided in "Zombie Fallout" and who was responsible for heading up its defense at the start of the Z-Poc?

Answer: Little Turtle, Jed

Mike, his family, and HOA leader Jed all lived in the community of Little Turtle in Colorado when the zombie apocalypse started. After Mike, his family, and Tommy returned from Wal-Mart in "Zombie Fallout", they found that their community had been walled off impromptu. Jed, the previously mentioned HOA head, had mounted the defense and rallied the community to meet the new threat.

Another main character of the "Zombie Fallout" series, Vivian Denaux - personally, my favorite main character - resided in Little Turtle at the start of the apocalypse.

6. Some time after Mike and his community settle down in Little Turtle during the zombie apocalypse in "Zombie Fallout", a massive horde of zombies attacks the community. Who is it that comes and visits Mike just outside the city walls before the attack takes place, putting on quite the spectacle?

Answer: Eliza, de facto leader of the zombies

Eliza seemed to be an intelligent zombie that Mike ran into with others while running supply runs and errands. Before the huge attack on Little Turtle, Eliza shows up outside the community's walls and asks for Mike to come down to meet with her. To everyone's amazement, including Mike's, he agrees and goes down to meet her.

She offers for him to leave the community and he declines, for he would have to leave everyone else behind. Annoyed, but curious, Eliza kisses Mike and causes him to go into a semi-coma from fever caused by infection.

He is passed out until the attack commences and then he has to find a way to get his people to safety.

7. In "Zombie Fallout", post the zombie attack, who comes to pick Mike up in a semi?

Answer: Alex, an engineer that lived in Little Turtle

Before the zombie attack in "Zombie Fallout" Mike and the community had devised a plan to take semis in the case of a needed evacuation. During the attack, Alex took a band of survivors in the semi and fled the community. Tommy, with the voice of Ryan Seacrest to help him, psychically communicated to Alex's wife, Marta, that they were still there and alive. Marta, we come to find out, was Tommy's aunt and could not bear to leave him behind.

8. Eliza becomes one of the main antagonists throughout the "Zombie Fallout" series. As mentioned before, she is the de facto leader of the zombies, but she also employs the help of henchmen and assistants. Which of the following is not a henchmen or assistant of Eliza during the Zombie Fallout series?

Answer: "Bull Dog" Eric Jasper

Durgen was a raged up human with an ego the size of a mountain. He crossed paths with Mike in "Zombie Fallout" and Mike embarrassed him by making Durgen give up some of his territory. Durgen returns multiple times, working for Eliza.

Kong was the leader of a trucker gang that was employed by Eliza to transport zombies and materials. He was responsible for imprisoning one of the eventual main characters of the story, Azile, in the sixth book of the series- "Zombie Fallout 6: 'Till Death Do Us Part".

Tommy, for reasons I will not spoil in the quiz, believe it or not, does work with Eliza from time to time. You'll want to read the books to find out more.

9. There are multiple counter-agents of evil throughout the series, one of which is discovered in "Zombie Fallout 4: The End Has Come and Gone". What is the name of the man of God that tries to fight Eliza's evil in this book?

Answer: Easter

Henry, Riley, and Bear are all dogs that belong to Mike in the series; although one can argue, perhaps, Mike belongs to them.

Easter Evans is the man of God found in "Zombie Fallout 4: The End Has Come and Gone." A controversial character in Mark Tufo's book, he tries to fight Eliza, but ultimately fails.

10. Alex, the Engineer, was an ex-convict.

Answer: True

In "Zombie Fallout 2: A Plague Upon Your Family" Alex tells Mike that he served prison time when he was 18 for boosting cars and Marta's family disowned her for marrying him because of that.
