Mo'at is not the leader of the Omaticaya clan; she is in fact the Tsahik who interprets the will of Eywa. Eywa is the goddess of all beings on Pandora and is worshipped by the Na'vi. Mo'at appears several times in the movie and also helps save Jake and Grace's lives when they're tied up during the demolition of Home Tree.

The leader of the Omaticaya is in fact Eytucan, who is also Neytiri's father.
