Answer: Hoi Hoi

Hoi Hoi is the pilot of the Tomcat, the ship of Hoi Hoi, Suttoboke and Henogee. Suttoboke and Meeko get along very well during the movie and Suttoboke is most excited to see her after Toriyasu and Meeko return home. Sandana is the wizard who knows how to stop Buburina, but is turned into a balloon by her.

At first, Meeko assumes that Henogee, and the others with him, have stolen Papadoll when it is really the evil Princess' command to steal him. Papadoll has been turned into a giant monster and has been terrorizing the land, until Toriyasu retrieves him back from Banipal Witt.

Buburina is the spoiled rotten princess of Banipal Witt. Meeko keeps calling Banipal Witt a planet when it's just a type of alternate universe.

This is said often during the movie. At the end, as Henogee and the others search for Meeko and Toriyasu, you see the Tom Cat's eyes move, making you question whether it too is alive. The Tom Cat is capable of traveling to the Earth, Banipal Witt, and many other places in between.

If the sleeping cat were to ever awake, it would probably destroy Banipal Witt and so nothing should ever be done to awaken it. This is mentioned as the Tom Cat accidentally passes by the sleeping cat, which has two heads.

Toriyasu and Meeko will only turn into monsters if they touch the sun on a second consecutive day. On the first day, they turn into cats with ears and tails too! While Meeko is thrilled, Toriyasu seems quite upset.

Doh-Doh used to work for Master Sandana for the side of good until he gazed at a picture of Buburina and became possessed by it. Afterwards, he looked evil and started working for Buburina.

She was cursed with this by Remlam after she killed his daughter by forcing her to do a dangerous stunt. Bubrina doesn't mind the curse at all and Papadoll isn't affected by it, so she is quite happy.

Remlam and his daughter, Lily, performed at the palace when Buburina was just a child. Bubrina wanted to see Lily do some magic and wasn't satisfied with Lily's cute trick of making birds appear out of thin air. Buburina ordered Lily to climb a very high and unstable rope in the palace from which Lily fell and died. Remlam, upset, cursed Buburina to have everything she touched turn into a balloon.

A small, but potent sleeping pill, is intended to be fed to Papadoll so that it will be easier to attach the chain back to his collar. However, while trying to give Papadoll the pill, Toriyasu accidently runs into Buburina! Bubrina notices the pill on her face and licks it into her mouth. Later the pill makes her sleepy, but at the time, she sends her guards after Toriyasu.

Since Papadoll, Meeko and Toriyasu are from Earth, she can touch them without having them turn into balloons. When she first discovers Meeko and Toriyasu don't turn into balloons, she is very upset that she cannot deal punishment to them like she can everyone else.

Buburina plans to calm down the sleeping cat with Papadoll once she awakens it with a giant mouse. Suttoboke and Meeko help break the giant mouse, therefore saving Banipal Witt too.

When Chu Chu stands to help Toriyasu fight Buburina's hypnosis, you see a cat toy pop out of her sword and distract Buburina, who can't help but play with it. When Chu Chu trips and drops her sword, Buburina is finally able to stop playing with the toy and return to her hypnosis.

Answer: Tying a chain around its collar

When Buburina figures out what he is trying to do, she tears the collar in half with her teeth, sending it and Toriyasu towards the ground. Toriyasu bounces back up, after falling into a giant inflated cat decoration and he and Chu Chu are finally able to tie the chain around Papadoll's collar.

Toriyasu and Meeko have just left for school, saying see you later to Papadoll on their way out. Toriyasu and Meeko's mother shouts upstairs when she hears the cats, thinking that Toriyasu and Meeko will be late for school. The cats then leave towards school to get Toriyasu and Meeko.
