This film is director John Fasano's debut. He later went on to direct another heavy metal themed movie in 1988 titled 'Black Roses', which is an earlier entry in this quiz. In 2005, a very bad sequel titled 'Intercessor: Another Rock 'N' Roll Nightmare' was released, also starring Jon Mikl Thor.
