When the young townspeople decide to have a Valentine's Day party, someone dressed as a miner begins murdering the townspeople. Everyone thought it to be Harry Warden seeking revenge, after being trapped in a mine shaft for six weeks. It turns out to be Axel Palmer, who had actually witnessed his father, one of the foremen, being murdered by Harry. This gives the film a bit of a twist.

The little girl playing with the jack-in-the-box is Muffy St. John (played by Deborah Foreman). She decides to invite friends over for a weekend party at her island mansion to celebrate April Fool's Day. She puts little props around the house to fool her friends. All is fun and games until the friends start disappearing, and are found dead.

This movie has a rare twist not seen in too many horror films, which definitely coincides with the movie's title.

Six years after the accident happened, someone who witnessed it decides to get revenge by stalking and killing the now teenaged kids. This is all done the night of the school prom, which also happens to be the anniversary of Robin's death. Jamie Lee Curtis stars in this horror classic.

At some point in the film, two of the girls manage to escape and exact revenge on this deranged family. This movie is considered to be an exploitation film due to its violent scenes and cruel nature. Director Charles Kaufman is the brother of Lloyd Kaufman, the cofounder of Troma Entertainment.

Star track runner Laura Ramstead collapses during a championship meet and is pronounced dead. Her sister, Annie, arrives in town because of this, and that's when the dead student body count starts piling up. This movie stars famous 'Wheel of Fortune' letter turner, Vanna White, Billy Hufsey of the t.v. show, 'Fame', and scream queen, Linnea Quigley.

This movie's plot is about a Desert Storm veteran who was killed in combat and comes back from the dead to kill unpatriotic citizens on July 4th. Isaac Hayes of 'South Park' fame and P.J. Soles star in this cheesy horror flick.

Answer: Trick 'r Treat

The little trick or treater named Sam is a very important character in the film, for he represents the spirit of Halloween. Short for 'Samhain', meaning 'All Hallows Eve', he is symbolic in the film. He ties all the stories together and wants to keep the spirit of Halloween alive. Anyone not in the spirit suffers the consequences.

Answer: Face burned between two hot irons

Actress Melissa Sue Anderson stars as Virginia Wainwright, who soon discovers that all her high school friends are being maliciously murdered right before her 18th birthday. Some of the other murders include being stabbed with a fire poker, and gutted with a pair of garden shears.

This movie has a twist and an unexpected ending that most people won't see coming, which makes it stand out as being different from a typical slasher film.

Answer: Santa's Slay

This 2005 slasher/comedy has an opening scene that includes several famous actors. Bill Goldberg does a great job adding dark humor to his evil Santa character. The movie's explanation of why Santa is so mean is interesting, but definitly not to be taken seriously.

There is a 35 victim body count in this film, which are all done in very original, and sometimes humorous ways (depending on your sense of humor).

After that horrible incident, poor Kenny went insane. Three years later, the same group of kids throw a costume party aboard a train trip. Things do not go well for them, to say the least. Someone aboard the 'Terror Train' is bumping off the wild bunch, for revenge! This Canadian horror film stars Jamie Lee Curtis as Alana Maxwell, the main character in the movie.
