Answer: Mr. Turkentine

In the film, Charlie is called on once and responds "Yes, Mr. Turkentine?" Mr. Turkentine is easily excited, and prone to mental lapses and odd statements. He apparently also has a difficulty figuring out percentages.

Answer: Winkelman

Winkelman is introduced when there is a commotion in the hallway and Mr. Turkentine says, "You, Winkelman, come here." After learning of the news, Mr. Turkentine summarily dismisses, undismisses, and re-dismisses the class. Winkelman is not seen for the rest of the film.

Answer: Stanley Kael

Stanley Kael's name is proudly displayed on his desk as he makes his announcements. He also has a tendency to overanalyze things.

Answer: Mrs. Curtis

Her husband Harold is kidnapped; the P.I. investigating the disappearance receives a call from the kidnappers, giving her an ultimatum: her husband's life or her case of Wonka bars. He tells her, "Mrs. Curtis, did you hear me? It's your husband's life, or your case of Wonka bars!" Shockingly, she responds, "How long will they give me to think it over?"

Answer: Peter Goff

During class, Mr. Turkentine asks, "Peter Goff, how many Wonka bars did you open?" Peter tells Mr. Turkentine that he opened 150 Wonka bars, which is converted to 15% by Mr. Turkentine. When Charlie later announces he only had two, Peter gives him a disgusted look.

Answer: Hofstadter

Mr. Hofstadter explains he had a dream that the archangel appears and told him where to find a Golden Ticket. Piqued by this, the psychiatrist responds, "Hofstadter, shut up and tell me where the ticket is!"

Answer: Alberto Minuleta

The liaison from Paraguay says "The finder is businessman Alberto Minuleta." Eerily, the picture that the Paraguayan interviewee holds up of "Minuleta" is actually a former Nazi henchman. After the chicanery is revealed, Charlie proceeds to find the fifth ticket.

Answer: Joey

Outside of Wonka's factory, Mike sees a camera and says, "Hi, everybody in Marble Falls! Hi, Billy! Hi, Maggie! Hi, Fishface!" These characters are never seen in the film.

Answer: Mr. Jopeck

One of Charlie's first lines is "It's payday, Mr. Jopeck," and Mr. Jopeck gives Charlie a loaf of bread for his hard work. Later, Mr. Jopeck helps Charlie escape after people try to harangue him about the last Golden Ticket. In the book, Prodnose and Fickelgruber are known to be rivals of Willy Wonka.

Answer: Mr. Wilkinson

After Charlie passes the morality test, Mr. Wonka says, "Charlie, meet Mr. Wilkinson!" Posing as rival candy maker Arthur Slugworth, Charlie believes that Mr. Wilkinson is Slugworth before Mr. Wonka says, "That's not Slugworth, he works for me!" Presumably, Mr. Wilkinson will also be helping Charlie out after he takes over the factory.
