"The Negotiator" stars Samuel L. Jackson as Danny Roman, a cop who is framed by other cops when his partner, Nate, is murdered. Most of the movie circles around the hostage situation that Danny creates in order to find out what really happened. Also starring Kevin Spacey.

"Empire" is a movie starring John that came to theaters in winter 2002. The other two choices are both comedies starring John. He was also in "William Shakespeare's Romeo + Juliet", which is one of the greatest movies ever.
