The Otolla Gungans tend to be thinner and taller than the Ankura, with slightly retractable eyes and normally have orange skin. Captain Tarpals is one exception, their skin has a purple hue. Before Gallo defeated the notorious warlord, Rogoe, some 3000 years BBY (Before the Battle of Yavin). Gallo was the leader of Otoh Sancture, a village by lake Paoanga. It was a peaceful village before it was destroyed by bursas (which later became extinct with the Gungan grand army. Information taken from the "Galactic Battlegrounds" Databank.

Answer: Rogoe

Rogoe was a mischief maker. He sent bursas to attack villages and sent the larger Gungan tribes against each other, while he enslaved the smaller tribes. Boss Gallo, the only boss not fighting, was targeted to be killed before he became a threat. Gallo learned of this from one of Rogoe's troops who couldn't keep his mouth shut, and decided that he would destroy Rogoe's forces and stop the fighting between the innocent tribes.

After gathering the Gungans from tribes such as Otoh Jahai, Otoh Langua, Otoh Urs and Otoh Raban, Gallo and his captain, Marsune, defeated Rogoe by destroying his underwater keep.

Tasia funded the final expedition to find a new home before she died. After the Queen died the final search team, Beneficent Tasia and her support: Constant and Mother Vima, stopped reporting in. The people of Grizmallt thought that the last expedition had been destroyed but it had actually found a habitual planet of swamps and such, which later became known as Naboo.
