Jane Seymour stars as the actress and Christopher Plummer as her possessive manager who threatens her relationship with Richard. From 1980, "Somewhere in Time" was based on the novel "Bid Time Return" by Richard Matheson who also wrote the screenplay for the movie.
3. You finished that last one just in the nick of time, now on to the next. Jill McBain (Claudia Cardinale) arrives at the homestead of her new husband to find that he and his children have been murdered by the villainous Frank. Two men, Harmonica and Cheyenne, vow to help her protect her land from the railroad baron who had Frank kill Jill's husband, but each man has his own agenda where Frank is concerned. Now she must hide him from her husband, a district attorney, and try to help him clear his name in this hilarious movie written by Neil Simon. It seems like you're playing for time, just pick an answer.

Answer: Seems Like Old Times

Goldie Hawn, Charles Grodin, Robert Guillaume, George Grizzard, T.K. Carter and Yvonne Wilder starred in "Seems Like Old Times", from 1980. This was the second pairing of Goldie Hawn and Chevy Chase, they previously appeared together in 1978's "Foul Play".
7. Please keep up, time is money. Tom Hanks starred as David, an American pilot flying for the RAF in WWII who is recovering from a leg injury in Israel. Through a British friend he meets a local girl, Sarah, who he eventually begins to date. When her family finds out about the romance, they are opposed to her dating someone of another faith, and Sarah must determine which is more important, family traditions or love. 8. Time flies when you're having fun, huh? A man (Jean-Claude Van Damme) who polices time travel must prevent an evil politician from using profits obtained through time travel to finance his presidential aspirations. Would this be a good time to tell you how well you're doing?

Answer: Timecop

Mia Sara, Ron Silver, Gloria Rueben and Bruce McGill also starred in "Timecop", from 1994. I'm not a Van Damme fan, but I enjoyed this movie. The TV series "Timecop", which aired in 1997, had time traveller Jack Logan going back to stop rogue time travellers whenever a ripple appeared. T.W. King played Jack Logan with a nice comic flair and we really enjoyed the few episodes we saw, but ABC kept moving it around the schedule and then cancelled it (the same thing NBC did to my beloved "Freaks and Geeks"). Oh well, time to get over it.
9. An answer with 'time' makes you fine, get it? Sorry, from time to time I get a bit silly. After a serial killer uses his friend George's time machine to escape the authorities in Victorian England, George (Malcolm McDowell) must follow him into the future to stop him before he kills again. You're doing very well, for the time being.

Answer: Time After Time

David Warner, Mary Steenburgen and Patti D'Arbanville also star in "Time After Time", from 1979. Writer/director Nicholas Meyer also wrote three of the "Star Trek" movies.
10. Time for one more? This early 80s comedy/drama showcases the lives of several California high school students as they go to malls, try to attract the opposite sex and exchange barbs with their teachers. Time's up!

Answer: Fast Times at Ridgemont High

Cameron Crowe wrote the screenplay based on his book which he wrote after spending a year posing as a high school student. He appears in a cameo as one of Mr. Hand's students. A springboard for several up and coming actors, "Fast Times" starred Sean Penn, Judge Reinhold, Jennifer Jason Leigh, Phoebe Cates, Robert Romanus, Brian Becker and Ray Walston. Also starring in smaller roles were Forest Whitaker, Eric Stoltz, Nicolas Cage, and Anthony Edwards. Directed by Amy Heckerling, the movie was released in 1982.

Thanks for playing, hope you had a wonderful time. Or the time of your life.
