Answer: Peter Parker

Near the beginning of the movie, Harry fought with Peter since he still wanted to avenge his father's death. During their fight, Peter told Harry he did not kill Norm but that his dad wanted to kill him. Harry called him a liar and it was while the two fought that Harry hit his head and fell hard. He was subsequently diagnosed as having amnesia.

Peter and Mary Jane had an argument, which led to her asking Peter if he really wanted her to go away. Peter replied that he would never do that since he loved Mary Jane. However, Mary Jane broke the news to Peter that she was dating Harry.

Near the end of the movie, Mary Jane was trapped by Venom (Eddie Brock's alter ego) and Spider-Man went to save her. He and Venom battled while Sandman came along to align with Venom. Just then, Harry Osborn arrived on the scene as the New Goblin to aid Spider-Man and Mary Jane.
