Jasmine turned down her royal suitor and fell in love with Aladdin, a street rat. Jafar used Aladdin to get the magic lamp but did not approve of the relationship, since he wanted to marry Jasmine and become sultan himself.

Though she has never as much as had a conversation with him, Ariel decides to give up her life under the sea to find Eric, even if it means losing her voice. Ursula agrees to make her human if she can get Eric to kiss her within three days. As usual the plan goes awry, but they do end up getting married.

Stitch is an illegal experiment that escapes to Earth. The aliens believe that humans are a valuable food source to the endangered mosquito population, so they want to capture Stitch. Captain Gantu ends up capturing both Lilo and Stitch and is the only alien who doesn't see the good in Stitch by the end of the movie (though he does finally do so in a later movie).

John Worthington Foulfellow, also known as Honest John, first shows up when he tries to sell Pinocchio to a puppeteer. He later convinces Pinocchio to visit Pleasure Island, which turns the boy into a donkey. While he is not the only antagonist in the movie, he is one of them.

Claude Frollo is the Minister of Justice. After accidentally killing a Gypsy, he takes her baby boy and raises him in the Notre Dame bell towers. The boy is deformed, so Frollo refuses to let him leave and insists he would be treated unkindly.

The tale begins with the birth of Princess Aurora. Three fairies are invited to give her gifts, but Maleficent is not. In retaliation, she dooms the girl to die by pricking her finger on a spinning wheel. This curse is altered by the third fairy but not completely removed.
