Skank is the one you always see drinking hydraulic fluid. You can hear his real name when he is fixing airplanes, and when Packard says it as he is about to leave. Skank looks like a punk with colored hair. He can track down anybody in the Arizona district.

"Secret Loser" is an appropriate song since regardless of the outcome, George will give up his car because Packard is the most feared person in Tucson.

Packard is the leader who everybody is scared of. He makes sure everyone is scared of him by showing them his pocket knife. Packard's hair is black, and he is always wearing leather jackets with white or black muscle shirts. He was played by Nick Cassavetes.

Jamie is the person you see in the flashbacks of Packard at the lake with Keri, and when The Wraith appears in Packard's garage. He comes back from the dead in the form of Jake to take out Packard's gang and reunite with Keri.

Sheriff Loomis could not stand Packard or his gang but he did not have any evidence of their wrongdoings to lock them up, so all he did was say bad things to them. Randy Qaid was in "Independence Day" as Russell Casse and "Not Another Teen Movie" as Mr. Briggs.

Gutterboy is played by Jamie Bozian and is seen wearing plaid shirts all the time and stuttering a lot when he talks. Gutterboy is the sweetest and most nervous person in the movie.

Rughead decides to get out while there is still time. The Wraith/Jake decides to let him go since he had no part in the killing. Rughead is the brainiac of the group who wears thick square eyeglasses.
