George hires Charlie to act as bait to flush out a group of terrorists who are trying to steal plutonium from the U.S. government. Charlie is paid $50,000 up front, with another $200,000 to be paid upon delivery.

George knows he can count on Charlie to make the trip according to the plan. However, George is setting Charlie up to fail. George turns out to be the head of the terrorists.

The mine is not doing well financially, and to make things worse, Chris' friend, Paul, accidentally crushes a would be investor's car. Before buying the mine, Charlie used to race 18 wheelers. Maggie talked him out of that dangerous job, and into settling down in Oatman.

Answer: He sneaks aboard the truck.

When Charlie is 20 miles into the trip, Chris' girlfriend, Kim, calls Charlie on the c.b. She says to Charlie; "Tell Chris I'm real mad at him for going, but I still love him anyway". Charlie realizes that Chris is hiding in the truck, and slams on the brakes. Chris talks Charlie into allowing him to riding along.

Answer: Drag racing

Charlie and his wife, Maggie (played by Marilyn O'Connor), catch Chris drag racing his pick-up truck for $1000. Maggie scolds Chris for this dangerous antic, and then scolds Charlie for 'encouraging him'.

Answer: Gary Hudson

Jill Whitlow plays Chris' girlfriend Kim. Wally Ward plays Chris' friend Paul. Alan Rachins plays Carlos, the terrorist who chases Charlie and Chris in a black 18 wheeler toward the end of the movie. Gary Hudson is the director of the movie.

Answer: Yellow

Chris drives a yellow, late 70's model, Chevy 1/2 ton pick-up. Chris stashes the pick-up in Thunder, and it is a good thing he does. Thunders' radiator is damaged in a spectacular jump over a wooden ramp. The pick-up takes them the rest of the way to Neville.

Answer: The Edgewater Hotel and Casino

Charlie goes over the route he will take to pick up, and then deliver the plutonium to the Neville test facility. Charlie then asks George if he has a nickel. George hands him one, and Charlie puts it in a slot machine, and hits three 7s. The Edgewater name is seen as they talk outside, and on the slot machine Charlie plays.

Answer: Charlie and Chris are killed.

George is arrested by the F.B.I when it is found that George is working with the terrorists. Paul crushes the car of a potential investor in the mine, when the man gooses Kim and Jilly (Pauls' girlfriend played by Cheryl M. Lynn). Paul gets into a barroom brawl with a local hoodlum when he grabs Jilly, trying to dance with her.

Answer: It rolls and explodes.

The police cruiser hits a station wagon and explodes into a rolling fireball. As I mentioned before, I had a bit part in this movie. I am the terrorist with the M-16 rifle. I'm wearing a cammo jacket, and a green cap. I aim my rifle carefully to the viewers left.
