Answer: "Yes, Miss Alice."

Alice was telling Dinah how things would work in her world. She told her kitten she would reply to her just like a nice person would. Alice also said in her world not only would the animals speak, but the flowers would as well. She told Dinah she could talk to the flowers when she was bored. Alice was preoccupied with her thoughts of her world when the White Rabbit ran by.

It was Dinah that brought it to her attention.

Answer: Tulips

Alice had wandered into a flower bed where she noticed something peculiar about the butterflies. A voice from the garden told her they were Bread n' Butterflies. Alice soon learned the flowers could not only talk, but they sang as well. The flowers sang the song "Golden Afternoon" which was about all the flowers in the garden.

The song began with the individual butterflies flying by and kissing the individual tulips. A tulip at the end of the line almost missed their kiss. After the song was finished, the flowers threw Alice out of their bed because they thought she was a weed.

Answer: A carrot

The White Rabbit had asked Major Dodo to help him rid his house of the monster. Alice reached her arm out the window into the Rabbit's garden. The Rabbit tried to stop her from taking one of his carrots. Alice pulled the carrot with the Rabbit clinging to it into the room she was in. Alice took a bite of the carrot the rabbit was holding. The Rabbit thought Alice had bitten off his hand. His hand was in the sleeve of his shirt. The White Rabbit realized he was still late and left his home. Alice shrunk done to a smaller size and ran out the house after the Rabbit.

Answer: Umbrellas

Alice came upon the vultures playing in a pool of water. They were laughing and having fun under a waterfall. Alice called out to the vultures for assistance. The vultures opened their umbrella bodies and flew to a nearby tree limb. They stared down at Alice with a very menacing glare. Alice told the birds never mind and quickly moved on.
9. Who wanted to give Alice a trial to determine her guilt?

Answer: King of Hearts

The Queen had already pronounced a sentence of beheading for Alice. The King asked her for a trial and she gave into his wishes. The court called the Mad Hatter as a witness who gave no kind of evidence whatsoever. The Dormouse was called also and said twinkle twinkle, the entire court acted as if that was extremely important. Alice was fed up with the nonsense of Wonderland remembered she had mushrooms in her apron pocket.

The mushrooms allowed her to grow or shrink in size; she was not sure which was which ate both. Alice grew to a large size and threatened all the people at her trial.

She soon shrank again and ran away from the people she had just threatened.
10. Who was the director of the film?

Answer: Clyde Geronimi

Clyde along with Wilfred Jackson and Hamilton Luske are credited with directing this 1951 classic film. Clyde had directing credits on several other Disney animated classic features such as "Sleeping Beauty" and "Cinderella". Clyde died in 1989 at the age of 87 in California.

The film has always been among my top three favorites including "Peter Pan" and "The Rescuers". Clyde was credited with directing "Peter Pan". I still enjoy watching the film as an adult, it has a simple message in my opinion that still holds to this day. Happiness is no further than your own front door.
