Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. In which song on "Straight Outta Lynwood" is the number 27 mentioned?

Answer: Confessions Part III

27 is Al's number, mentioned on every album he has, whether on the cover, in a song, or both. Another song he has mentioned it in is "Hardware Store" on "Poodle Hat". He also had it on the cover of his "Running With Scissors" album, where he is pretending to be a track runner with scissors in his hand with the number "27" on his chest.
2. According to JibJab, what is the name of the girl in "Do I Creep You Out?"?

Answer: Debbie

In "Confessions Part III" Al says "And when I'm kissing you I fantasize you're a midget. I'm so sorry Debbie... I mean Bridget!" This refers to R. Kelly's "Trapped in the Closet", where a woman named Bridget is cheating on her husband with a midget named Big Man.
3. "Polkarama!" is a medley of how many songs?

Answer: 15

The songs include "Beverly Hills", "Feel Good, Inc.", and "Gold Digga". Information from Wikipedia.
4. "Weasel Stomping Day" is a style parody of what or who?

Answer: 1960s Christmas songs

"Virus Alert" is a style parody of Sparks, "Close But No Cigar" is a style parody of Cake, and "Don't Download This Song" is a style parody of 1980s gospel-style fundraiser songs (specifically, 'We Are the World", "Hands Across America" and "Do They Know It's Christmas".).
5. How many parodies of songs are on this album?

Answer: five

The parodies are "White & Nerdy", "Canadian Idiot", "Do I Creep You Out?", "Confessions Part 3", and "Trapped In the Drive-Thru". These are parodies of "Ridin' Dirty ", "American Idiot", "Do I Make You Proud?", and "Trapped In the Closet".
6. Who does Al NOT sue in "I'll Sue Ya"?

Answer: Rolex

All of the wrong answers start with "D".... weird... like Al! He sues Dell because he took a bath with his laptop and now it won't work; Duracell because they never told him not to shove a AA up his nose; Delta Airlines because they sold a ticket to New Jersey, he went there and it sucked.
7. How many animated videos does Al have for "Straight Outta Lynwood"?

Answer: 7

All together, he has 10 videos including "White & Nerdy" and "Pancreas", the two non-animated videos, the ""Straight Outta Lynwood" Behind-the-Scenes Featurette", and "Trapped in the Drive-Thru", not on the "Straight Outta Lynwood" re-released version.
8. Who did the video for "Weasel Stomping Day"?

Answer: Robot Chicken

A Claymation video, shows the people stomping the weasels and guts, blood, and bones being crushed. It is graphic.
9. How many videos does the re-released version of "Straight Outta Lynwood" have?

Answer: eight

"Do I Creep You Out?" and "Trapped in the Drive-Thru" aren't on there because "Trapped in the Drive-Thru" was made after the re-release. I don't know why "Do I Creep You Out?" wasn't on there.
10. Who is "I'll Sue Ya" a style parody of?

Answer: Rage Against the Machine

This sounds a little like their song "Killing in the Name".
11. Who directed the video for "Trapped In the Drive-Thru"?

Answer: Doug Bresler

Thomas Lee did "I'll Sue Ya", Jim Blashfield did "Pancreas", and David Lovelace did "Virus Alert".
12. What did the license plate on the cover originally say?

Answer: 27 4LIFE

'NUM 27" means number 27, '027 NLY' is Al's child initials, and 'YBWEIRD' says "Why be weird?". In the end, the plate read "027 NLY".
13. What is the cover dog's name?

Answer: Dough Boy

Dough Boy was on the front of "Straight Outta Lynwood". Bella is Al's dog's name. Dough Boy was owned by a couple walking by during the photo shoot.
14. What was the original lead parody for "Straight Outta Lynwood"?

Answer: "You're Pitiful" (parody of "You're Beautiful")

Al said he liked the 'gangsta-rap' cover with "such a toothless ballad for the lead parody". All of these were original parody ideas from "Weird Al". It was cancelled due to the fact Blunt's record company thought it was "...too early in his career to do a parody".
15. What video was cancelled during the making?

Answer: Canadian Idiot

Sadly, "Canadian Idiot" was cancelled, but he gave us plenty of videos to make up for "Poodle Hat" not having any videos. He said so himself.
