They performed a series of warm-up dates to get Rick ready. During the tour Rich missed the plane and was late for the show. Rick had to play solo. The band couldn't tell the difference. It was then that they realized he was ready to go it alone.

However, they do have 3 albums ending in an "ia," ("Pyromania," "Hysteria" and "Euphoria") They have also replaced a total of 4 members, including two drummers and two guitarists, since their start in 1977.

They received the award in '99 for the album "Hysteria." In 2004 "Pyromania" was also certified Diamond. Def Leppard are now among only the first five groups that can claim two Diamond status albums. The others being: The Beatles, Led Zeppelin, The Eagles and Van Halen. They are indeed in good company!

The song is featured on her 2002 release "Charmbracelet." (Quote found on contactmusic.com) Dave Navarro, of Jane's Addiction, is featured on guitar in the song.
