Notorious B.I.G aka Christopher Wallace was an Eastside rapper from New York who sadly died in 1997. He was close friends with Sean Combs aka P. Diddy and played a major part of the Bad Boy/Death Row Records feud. B.I.G is one of rap's most celebrated artists having huge success in his life and his albums are still being released and selling today.

Canibus born Germaine Williams was born in Jamaica but moved to the United States after his parents divorced. He has had big hip hop feuds with artists LL Cool J and Eminem, which he is probably more famous for rather than his rap career.

DMX was going to part of a group known as Murder Inc, which was to involve Ja Rule and Jay-Z but the group never took off due to tensions rising between Ja and DMX. The group name was later turned into a record label which later changed it's name to The Inc.

Missy Elliott created The Goldmind Inc in 1996. She has worked with many artists in the past including Aaliyah, Left Eye, Da Brat, Lil Kim, Tweet, Ja Rule and Ludacris to name just a few. She's not just a rapper, she's a singer/song writer and producer. She often works with Timbaland and used to be part of a group with Ginuwine.

Rah Digga was a member of the Flipmode Squad which was headed by Busta Rhymes. She had previously been a member of Outsidaz with Eminem and Young Zee to name just two.

Wu Tang's nine members were GZA, RZA, ODB, Method Man, Raekwon, Ghostface Killah, Musta Killah, U-God and Inspectah Deck. Redman on the other hand is part of Def Squad with Erick Sermon and Keith Murray. He also has a close friendship with Wu Tang member Method Man and the two have collaborated frequently in the past.

The Terror Squad are a Latin Rap crew from the Bronx New York. Its members have included, Fat Joe, Big Pun (now deceased), Remy Ma, Tony Sunshine, Triple Seis and DJ Khaled. Prospect and Cuba Link were friends of the deceased Big Pun and original members of Terror Squad but left due to problems with Fat Joe. Chino XL is also a Latin rapper but is probably better known for his short, small feud with Tupac Shakur.

Royce was once affiliated with Eminem and the two featured on each others albums, Eminem's Slim Shady LP and Royce Da 5'9's Rock City 2.0. Later Eminem created his own label Shady Records and Royce asked to be signed, Eminem refused but a week later signed 50 Cent. Royce didn't take it too badly and later was part of the Anger Management tour, on which Royce spat a line that offended D12 and from there the troubles began.

The Game is signed to Dr Dre's Aftermath records and now has his own label The Black Wall Street Records. But he was once largely affiliated with G-Unit until they fell out.

G Unit members include 50 Cent, Lloyd Banks, Young Buck, Tony Yayo, Olivia, Spider Loc, Ma$e, M.O.P and Mobb Deep. G Unit are also involved in Co-Ventures with Lil Jon (he will be helping to produce for some G Unit artists), Lil Scrappy (50 is going to co-produce his debut album) and Freeway (again 50 will co-produce his album with Jay-Z).

G Unit Records, Shady Records and The Black Wall Street Records are all owned by aftermath.

Daz is the cousin of Snoop Dogg and is on his Record Label Doggystyle Records.

Eastwood is a former rapper of Death Row Records and is a member of the group M.O.B with The Game and Techneic.

Vita and Charli Baltimore are both ex-members of Murder Inc, but both left the label to sign with Black Wall Street Records, whereas Caddilac Tah is still a member of the now Inc Records.

Other Black Wall Street Records Artists include Nu Jerzey Devil, Techneic and Cyssero.

Death Row was founded by Suge Knight and Dr Dre.

MC Hammer was an artist signed to Death Row but never released an album, as he left after Tupac's death.

DJ Quik was also signed but was then known as David Blake.

Jermaine Dupri was never a member of Death Row but is largely responsible for (Lil) Bow Wow's success as he was introduced to Bow Wow by his Uncle Snoop Dogg and helped produce a lot of Bow Wow's Work.

Other former Death Row Artists include 2 Pac, Daz Dillinger, Kurupt, Snoop, Eastwood, Lady of Rage, RBX, Soopafly, Spider Loc, The D.O.C and The Outlawz amongst others.

Death Row Records is now just called The Row and is still headed by Suge Knight. Though all the other big named artists have left or died The Rows artists now include Petey Pablo, N.I.N.A and Michel'le.
