1. What is the name of the leader of the horsemen?

Answer: O'Brian

We can hear him in the prologue, "Funeral". He says the speech at Abigail's funeral. "I O'Brian of the Black Horsemen".

The seven horsemen were the servants of Count de La Fey, the previous lord in the mansion. They warn Jonathan and Miriam of the rebirth of Abigail and the possession of Miriam.
2. How old was Miriam when they moved to the house?

Answer: 18

"18 will become nine" says the horseman in the song, "Arrival", which refers to the fact that Miriam is eighteen and she will be pregnant (pregnancy usually lasts for nine months). Jonathan is 27 years old.
3. Which song does NOT mention Abigail?

Answer: The Possession

"The Family Ghost" is the fourth track. In the song, the ghost of Count de La Fey warns Jonathan of Abigail and he shows Jonathan, where Abigail is buried. Abigail is mentioned a couple of times: "Let me take you to the crypt down below, where Abigail rests", "The sarcophagus of a child, Abigail has been here for years and years" and "The spirit of Abigail is inside your wife".

"The 7th Day of July 1777" goes back to the day when Abigail was born and died. The count discovers that his wife has cheated him and he pushes her down the stairs with Abigail in her. The part where Abigail is mentioned: "Abigail you must rest in shame".

"The Black Horsemen" is the final song on the album. Abigail is born and the horsemen takes her to the chapel in the forest. Abigail was mentioned numerous times, a couple ones: "The birth of Abigail would soon be realised", "Baby Abigail was eating".

"Miriam" is featured on the 2002, "Abigail II: The Revenge". The album is a sequel to the 1987 album, "Abigail".

"Cremation" is the final song on King Diamond's fourth studio album, the 1989 "Conspiracy". "Conspiracy" is the continuation of the 1988 "Them", which is about King's mentally ill grandmother, who is obsessed with "Them".

"Haunted" is the final song on King Diamond's debut album, "Fatal Portrait". It's the only King Diamond album that's not a concept album.

The song "The 7th Day of July 1777" tells this. The count discovered that his wife has cheated on him and the baby is not his baby, so he decided to push them down the stairs. He burnt his wife and mummified Abigail.

"Curtains of black were inside the room Abigail was not alone, there was someone else in here too" is from the song "Miriam" off the 2002 "Abigail II: The Revenge", which is a sequel to the 1987 album, "Abigail".

"Late that night, I awoke from my sleep" is from the song "The Invisible Guests" which was on the 1988 "Them" album. That album is about King's mentally ill grandmother who is obsessed with the ghosts of the house called "Them".

"I think I know that little girl, I wonder where I've seen her before" was in the title track of the latest King Diamond album, the 2007 "Give Me Your Soul...Please".

"Nobody's inside the church but the bells are ringing" is the first line of the song "Omens", which is the sixth song on "Abigail".
9. When does the main story of this album take place?

Answer: Summer, 1845

"Through the summer rain, of 1845 the coach had finally arrived". That line is the first line of the song "Arrival". Although Abigail died in 1777, the main story takes place in 1845.
10. After Abigail killed Miriam and Jonathan, where did the horseman take her?

Answer: To the chapel in the forest

"Take her and bring her to the chapel in the forest". This line is from the final song, "Black Horsemen". In the song the possessed Miriam pushes Jonathan down the stairs and then she dies of the pain of the labour, too.
