The album title is written in classical latin, and translates to 'I summon the darkness to embrace me'. It is also quite an experimental black metal masterpiece.

Hecate Enthroned are not necessarily a black metal band anymore, as they felt it was necessary to abandon the style they excelled at and play a blackened death style. This was due in part to the departure of vocalist Jon and Keyboard-Extraordinaire Michael.

3. 'Apokalypse'?

Answer: Abigor

The 'Apokalypse' MCD was a tremendously unique effort by Abigor, as it left behind certain elements of their music which people had come to recognize them by. There were no keyboards, no female vocals, and no acoustic guitar. If you haven't heard this album, I highly recommend it for its ferocity and scathing atmosphere.
