The Doors in 1966 were Jim Morrison, Robby Krieger, Ray Manzarek and John Densmore. The track appears on the "Doors" album.

The group enjoyed great success over the years. They released a total of 15 albums before deciding to call it a day in 2011. My favourite album by the group is "Automatic for the People" and my favourite song "Losing My Religion".

"Tea in Sahara" was a track on the album "Synchronicity". This was Police's fifth studio album. The trio comprised of Sting (Gordon Sumner) on bass and vocals, Andy Summers on guitars and Steward Copland on drums. The Police started life in 1977 in London, England. Sting and Steward Copeland, the then drummer for Curved Air, joined forces with Henry Padovani and formed a trio. Andy Summers replaced Henry as the group's guitarist a little later.

The album "Zenyatta Mondatta" is one of the best examples of the kind of music that the Police were playing.
