Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. From which song would you find the following lyrics: "Let it all hang out And cast the demons out"?

Answer: The Last Rock Show

This song has a 30 second intro, not many lyrics, and is pretty short. So basically, it's kinda odd, (at least, by modern-day punk pop standards).
2. Which song do the following lyrics come from: "You got the eyes of an angel Don't try to change them"?

Answer: Star Song

Okay, so maybe this is a well-known song. No? You haven't heard of it? Well, the intro guitar reminds me a bit of a mario tune, though I can't fathom why...maybe it's just the 'star' title.
3. Which song has the following lyrics: "I think she likes me I can see it when she laughs"?

Answer: Boulevard

Don't feel bad if you got this wrong. When I listened to it yesterday I still couldn't guess the title. 'Boulevard' - well, at least it's not mind-numbingly obvious - "On the boulevard we dance".
4. Which song do the following lyrics come from: "For you I'd eat tofu And I don't like tofu"?

Answer: Sometimes

The first few lines are sung in a slightly odd accent - my opinion is that it tries to make the singer sound duh-duhmb.
5. In which song would you hear the following lyrics: "He lies on the ground, wipes blood from his nose Wonders why he's the one that doesn't fit in"?

Answer: Pictures He Drew

Well, I hope you didn't pick "1985" - otherwise I'd kinda wonder why you're taking a Bowling for Soup quiz. This song strikes me as sadder then the ones that they normally write.
6. Which song do the following lyrics come from: "The one where you told me everything I thought I'd always wanted to hear"?

Answer: Two-Seater

"When I'm With You" is another pretty good song by Simple Plan. "Good Times" is just a name, but "Almost" is a song on the same album.
7. From which song would you find the following lyrics: "Heard your back did you find what was missing Was it just that easy or were you mistaken"?

Answer: Get Happy

I thought the lyrics should go "heard you're back", but the lyrics sites say "heard your back"...interesting.
8. In which song would you hear the following lyrics: "When she breaks, she rains down on me And I can't catch my breath"?

Answer: Undertow

"Ten break-ups later" - is it just me, or is that a durable relationship?
9. Which song do the following lyrics come from: "Oh, you know we've got it so bad And nothing you can say Can make me want to stay"?

Answer: Hang On

This should be easy...you get three lines, and the answer is the only one that doesn't start with an 'S'.
10. In which song would you hear the following lyrics: "There ain't no use in complainin' When you got a job to do"?

Answer: Summer of '69

Ok, so maybe this is a slightly popular song.
DID YOU KNOW: that this song appears in the song 'American Jesus', in the album 'American Edit'?
11. Which song do the following lyrics come from: "It started out at a coffee shop in a most unlikely town And there were casualties but we made it out, anyhow"?

Answer: Friends of Mine

These lyrics would make me thing about a song to do with violence, not good friends. (How about violence with good friends?)
12. From which song would you find the following lyrics: "All we need is love and beer And old school metal and holiday cheer"?

Answer: Shut Up and Smile

This should have been an easy one. To me, this is one of the few songs that isn't sung about romance...surprise!
13. Which song do the following lyrics come from: "But then she went to Cleveland With some guy names Leland"?

Answer: Ohio (Come Back to Texas)

"Cleveland/Leland". They must have really been stuck for a rhyme... There's a bit in this song that sounds, (at least to me) like it's sung in a bar.
14. In which song would you hear the following lyrics: "You had all the moves, you had all the coolest doos and you always had the coolest car"?

Answer: Andrew

"Carousel" is a song from "Cheshire Cat", (a Blink-182 album) - I hope you didn't pick that.
15. Which song do the following lyrics come from: "Cause I'm starting to forget now It disappears so fast"?

Answer: Scope

The wrong answers are all from "A Hangover you Don't Deserve", so even if you only have that album you should get this one right.
