Answer: 15th February, 1995

Richey went missing on 1st February, 1995, but the public only found out the news two weeks later on the 15th February.
2. What was the name of Richey's dog?

Answer: Snoopy

Snoopy was Richey's dog who he had since he was a child. In the month leading up to his disappearance, Snoopy died.
3. What or who was the song 'Ocean Spray' written about?

Answer: James' Mother

The song was in reference to his mother's death from cancer and the emotions he felt in relation to this.
4. In the early days, James attempted to write some lyrics but the result was so dire that the band never allowed his creation to see the light of day. What was the name of this lost gem of Manics history?

Answer: 'Jackboot Johnny'

In the very early days James wrote 'Jackboot Johnny' about the rise of neo nazis and his hatred towards them. Just a shame we never got to hear it really!
