Oops, I Tweeted Again Trivia Quiz

Pop musicians are all about tweeting and social media, but instead of posting lengthy lyrics it makes sense to use hashtags to self-promote. Try to figure out which of these '00s-'10s pop lyrics match with which hashtags to suit the tweets. Good luck!

Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. "Baby, I don't need dollar bills to have fun tonight..."

Answer: #CheapThrills

Originally written for Rihanna, this song by Sia Furler became number one hit on the Billboard Hot 100 after seven solo albums of varying success. While Australian-born Sia worked as an indie and lo-fi artist in her early days, she found popularity in songs used in TV shows like "Six Feet Under".

She had a pop resurgence with "Chandelier" in 2014 (from her chart-topping "1000 Forms of Fear" album), but never had a number one single in the U.S. until "Cheap Thrills" off her 2016 "This is Acting" release, an album in which most of her songs were actually written for, but rejected by other artists.

As the story goes, Rihanna never showed up to listen to "Cheap Thrills". Her loss.
2. "Hey, I just met you, and this is crazy, but here's my number..."

Answer: #CallMeMaybe

This earworm hit by Carly Rae Jepsen, an alumna of "Canadian Idol", gained massive popularity after it was mentioned by Justin Bieber online and, after hitting the airwaves, it became a 2011-2012 pop mainstay. It hit number one on the Billboard Hot 100 and the UK Singles Chart and appeared on seven other U.S. Billboard charts before fading away, but not before jolting her sophomore album, "Kiss", to number six on the Billboard 200.

It was nominated for two Grammys and walked away with a Canadian Juno Award for 'Single of the Year'.
3. "If you like it, then you shoulda put a ring on it..."

Answer: #SingleLadies

An anthem for single women upon its release in 2008, "Single Ladies (Put a Ring On It)" became a signature song for Beyonce Knowles almost immediately, jetting to top of four U.S. Billboard charts (appearing on seven) and becoming not only a year-end chart-topper, but a decade-ending song to note.

The song is also known for its music video-- a black-and-white choreographed dance in which Beyonce and her two dancers parade around an empty set, never repeating the same moves more than once. The song itself won three Grammy Awards and was popular enough that Kanye West ranted about it during a Taylor Swift speech at the MTV Music Video Awards.
4. "Kiss me till you're drunk and I'll show you..."

Answer: #MovesLikeJagger

A single from Maroon 5 and Christina Aguilera, created at a time when both Aguilera and band frontman Adam Levine started sharing screen time on the U.S. version of "The Voice", "Moves Like Jagger" became a quick and easy Billboard Hot 100 number one (though it peaked at number two in the UK).

Originally released as a stand-alone track for digital purchase, it was later included on Maroon 5's third album, "Hands All Over", as a bonus track. Fuelled by the TV show, "Moves Like Jagger" quickly moved into position to be one of the best-selling digital releases of all time, reinvigorating both parties' careers.
5. "Rah rah rah-ah-ah, roma ro-ma-ma, Gaga oh la la..."

Answer: #BadRomance

Coming off the successes of her debut album (including "Just Dance", "Poker Face", "LoveGame", and "Paparazzi"), Lady Gaga only went bigger, bolder, and weirder with "Bad Romance" off her "The Fame Monster" album, topping off at number one on the Billboard Hot 100 and pushing the record to number five on the Billboard 200.

The video for "Bad Romance" became the most-viewed YouTube video ever released to that date (in 2009), contributing a Grammy win (of three) for the six nominations Gaga took for the album.
6. "To lose all my senses, that is just so typically me..."

Answer: #OopsIDidItAgain

The first single from her second album, "Oops!... I Did It Again" only doubled down on Britney Spears' sex appeal, moving her further away from the schoolgirl persona she embodied in her debut. Only reaching number nine on the Billboard Hot 100, "Oops!" still hit number one in more than a dozen other countries, also receiving a Grammy nomination. Spears wouldn't reach the number one spot with a song again (like she did with "Baby One More Time") until the 2008 release of "Womanizer".
7. "She's up all night 'til the sun, I'm up all night to get some. She's up all night for good fun..."

Answer: #GetLucky

Daft Punk's long-awaited single from their 2013 album "Random Access Memories", "Get Lucky" won the French duo Album of the Year and Record of the Year at the Grammys. A collaboration with Pharrell Williams, "Get Lucky" was much lighter on the harsh electronic sounds seen in the electronic group's 2005 disc "Human After All", instead coming across as a lighter, summerier hit.

It worked; becoming a multi-platinum international hit, "Get Lucky" started a string of hits for Pharrell (whose single "Happy" would later make waves) and brought Daft Punk back to the music world.
8. "Oh don't you dare look back; just keep your eyes on me..."

Answer: #ShutUpAndDance

These lyrics lead into the single "Shut Up and Dance", which became the first hit for pop-rock band Walk the Moon in 2014. The feel-good song became a popular radio single, reaching number four on the Billboard Hot 100 (ending the year at number six on the same year-end chart) and going multi-platinum. Neither of the other singles from the same album, "Talking is Hard", made the same waves though their eighties-inspired tracks were well-received from a critical standpoint.
9. "When the sun shines, we shine together; told you I'd be here forever..."

Answer: #Umbrella

Rihanna's second Billboard Hot 100 number one single (after "SOS"), "Umbrella" was the first track off her multi-platinum "Good Girl Gone Bad" album which also featured "Shut Up and Drive" and "Don't Stop the Music", both of which were also major successes for the solo artist. "Umbrella" itself was nominated for three Grammy Awards, winning one, and it became one of the most popular pop singles of 2007, ending the year in second place on the Billboard Hot 100 2007 chart.

It was beaten by Beyonce's "Irreplaceable".

Including the 'Reloaded' version of her "Good Girl Gone Bad" album, Rihanna had seven top-twenty tracks from her third release.
10. "No treble."

Answer: #AllAboutThatBass

Meghan Trainor's debut hit, this song about body acceptance found a quick home on the radio. More bubblegum than most pop releases in the 2010s, Trainor's track catapulted her to pop stardom in anticipation of her first album, "Title", and topped four of the eight U.S. Billboard charts it appeared on, going nine times platinum in the States alone.

Her follow-up album, "Thank You", pushed the singer into an edgier persona with mixed reception.
