"Hurts So Good", from the album "American Fool", originally released in 1982. This album also includes the tunes, "Jack and Diane", "Thundering Hearts", and "Close Enough". The artist was still known as simply John Cougar when this album was released.

He would add his real surname, Mellencamp, to his name shortly thereafter, and would eventually drop the 'Cougar' altogether. "American Fool" was the first album by Mellencamp to reach Number One.

This album was Fleetwood Mac's first with their new lineup which included Stevie Nicks and Lindsey Buckingham. Nicks penned "Landslide", drawing on her relationship with her father as the inspiration for the song.

The album, "Hold Your Fire", was the twelfth studio album for the Canadian power trio.
