Answer: Movie Magg

Once Perkins realized the popularity Elvis Presley had with his debut releases for Sun Records, as produced by Sam Phillips, he rushed directly to the source of the sound. Perkins didn't have far to travel, he was living in Tiptonville, TN (a suburb of Memphis) and performing with his brothers Jay and Clayton.
The flip side to the single was titled "Turn Around".
2. The Beatles were hugely influenced by Perkin's music. Which of these songs, penned by Perkins, did The Beatles record?

Answer: Everybody's Trying to Be My Baby

That's not the only Perkins' song recorded by The Beatles. They also released "Matchbox" and "Honey Don't". The Beatles also made the song "Blue Suede Shoes" a part of their set list from time to time.
3. Along with Carl Perkins, a supergroup was put together in December of 1956. Which of these artists were not part of the Sun Records Million Dollar Quartet?

Johnny Cash recorded this song in 1969 and included it in his historic performance at San Quentin prison. Cash also recorded the Perkins' song "Boot Hill" on the "Johnny Cash Sings the Ballads of the True West" release.
6. In 1986, Perkins united with ex-Sun Records mates Jerry Lee Lewis, Johnny Cash and Roy Orbison to record an album together. What was the name of this project?

Answer: Class of '55

7. In 1982, Carl Perkins made a guest performance on another artist's album duetting on the song "Get It". Which music icon did Perkins record this song with?

Perkins married Valda Crider in 1953 and they managed the nearly impossible feat of remaining married for over 40 years, particularly among musicians.
